The Residence Dehon is a holiday apartment complex blending modern and traditional styles set in the typically-Italian parkland of Rome's Villa Doria Pamphili, two kilometres from the Vatican City. Bright, air-conditioned studio apartments, spread over two buildings, all open onto furnished balconies (terraces on the ground floor) offering views of the surrounding gardens. Each apartment features a living area with a TV and telephone, private bathroom, and kitchenette equipped with hotplates, a refrigerator, and cookware.<br> Guests can take in the garden surroundings on the terrace or take a dip in the outdoor pool. The restaurant opens out onto the terrace, offering guests the opportunity of an al fresco meal when weather permits. Practical amenities include covered parking and launderette (fees apply). Those wishing to explore Rome and the Vatican City can get advice from the multilingual staff. The nearest major airport is Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, located 30 kilometres from the residence.
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all rooms should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end-of-stay cleaning service is provided by the residence, which incurs a fee payable locally.<br><br> Deposit is required on arrival and refunded at checkout subject to costs incurred for breakages and cleaning. |

From the airport, take the FM1 line towards Fara Sabina and get off at Trastevere station. Change onto the tram (line 8) for three stops and then take bus number 791 from Gianicolense/Ravizza towards Cornelia.<br> Driving directions: From the airport, take the A91 in the direction of Florence (Firenze) and Via Aurelia. Change onto the Circonvallazione Occidentale/A90 northbound until Via Aurelia (Exit 1), and head east in the direction of central Rome. At the Piazza de Villa Capegna take the Via Gregorio VII and then Via Leone XIII. Via Leone Dehon is on the right. |
